Hello aspirant,congratulations for your marks.With 97 percentile it is bit difficult to hget CSE in good NIT's eventhough you belong to OBC.You can get other good branches like ECE,EE in NIT Raipur,Jamshedpur,Jammu.You can get Ceramic,Food Processing,Metallurgy,Mining in NIT Rkl,Durgapur,Patna.If you go for the north eastern NIT's you can easily get CSE.

According to your rank and category you might get some of the medium nit's cse branch , or circuital branches like ece and ee . Although you can also take cse in north- eastern nit's . You can also take up core branches in some of top nit's also , as your percentile and rank is good , so it is up to you to decide which branch do you want .
