Hello Sudhakar,

NIT Jamshedpur is well known for Metallurgy. But I suggest you take NIT Trichy since it's the best NIT & placement will definitely good. Also, you will get much better peer group & Campus Culture. Apart from these, NIT Durgapur & NIT Rourkela do have good Metallurgy department.
