Considering previous year cut off in round 7 you do not have chances of getting seat in NITs and IIITs. However, you may fetch seat in GFTI that are listed down under ST  catergory

• Institute of Technology, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya Bilaspur, (C.G.) : Industrial and Production Engineering  (6217 Cut off)
• National Institute of Foundry & Forge Technology, Hatia, Ranchi:Manufacturing Engineering (6194 cut off)
• Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology: Food Technology (6072 cut off)

Cut off changes depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
