No doubt Kharagpur is the top one but, again, your interest is what matters more. Moreover, Guwahati was ranked on amongst the top 10 colleges for engineering. Both courses have great credibility. So, my vote goes to Guwahati. But, it is after all your choice. I sugest you go through the placements and the average salaries so as to decide.
