If you have completed 12th With CS specialization then you will definitely have good skills of basic programming.

Henece computer science engineering is best suitable an dhas higj demand as of now.

You can be master in programming and applications development since you hav egood conmand iver it already.

Agriculture engineering is completely different and hence not recommended.
