They both are good at their own places. It's hard to choose between them if you're interested in both but at the same time it is easy. Ask yourself, whether you want to work practically with your patients or do you want to go in the research field? And if your answer is first one, then there you go, psychologist. And if your answer is second one, then, biotechnologist. And if by any chance your answer is both, then you can work as a Psychologist in research field like some NGOs or some research centre.
