As per my analysis anytime ICFAI will win . In terms of academics, placement, infrastructure ICFAI if far better than IIIT bhagalpur.

As IIIT bhagalpur is newly developed college there is no ranking of this college thill now. It's mentored under IIT Guwahati.

In ICFAI academics is more research based so you will have better learning experience here.
