Cockroach anatomy is included in Neet 2018 syllabus. Last year in 2017 their was one question even from frogs anatomy. Well that might be intentional or may not be. May be that question might sets a relationship with class amphibian. So didn't matter much. But according to the guidelines cockroach anatomy is in the syllabus.
