Hello Rajesh,
You can appear in GATE through any stream. You must have 4 years degree or masters degree. You can attempt GATE for Mechanical, Civil or ECE. But if you are looking for most relevant, then you have to attempt GATE in CS stream. This paper will be most relevant for computer Science and Engineering Graduates.
