if you are preferring to stay in India and earn a good amount then Bsc +MBA is a good option since there are lots of career opportunities for this field plus there are so many various job profiles ranging in this field.If you are planning to do Btech then it is good in India and you would be paid accordingly and will have no issue.However if you are doing Btech+Mtech then you would not be paid in India to that level and you will be best suited outside India.However it completely depends upon your choice.
