hello aspirant,
in general when you are asked to give best of four marks in 10+2 course, you can take the any three subjects of your stream of 10+2, on which you have got highest marks, however it is mandatory to include one of the langugage subject in some of colleges, thus you can include hindi or engilish as per your marks .
