There is only one polytechnic college in Jharkhand with Information Technology course which is YBN University, Ranchi. YBN University, Ranchi is a private university, established in 2017 and it is approved by the Government of Jharkhand and UGC. YBN University, Ranchi provides various facilities like Library, Sports, Hospital, IT infrastructure, Classrooms, Transport and Laboratories.  The University has a separate dining facility for the boys and girls.  The gym facilities are available for the students which help students in fitness.
