Hi ,

For General category student , if you want to get admission in top nits with core branches  you need to have rank below 20k but if you want good or lower nits then getting below 40 k rank will give you the seat .

For obc - ncl student , To get admission in top nits you need to have rank below 7k and for lower nits , below 11k .

Hai friend, if you get below 20k then you will get in good branch like cse , ece and other more that 20k also you may get but not in preferred branch

If ur rank is below 50k. U can expect admission in NIT.
