Hello aspirant,

Both general and caste wise rank are taken into consideration while in the process of UPSEE counselling. If you're from general category, then no caste wise rank is required. However if you're from SC/ST/OBC category, then caste wise rank will be taken into consideration. If you're opting for fee reimbursement, then the general rank will be taken into consideration.
