the Process of counselling is same in JOSSA and CSAB counselling. Your category rank will be consider If seats are vacant for your category . If only open category seat is vacant after JOSSA then your CRL will be consider. So, both the ranks - CRL and category rank is considered for JOSAA and CSAB Counsellings for JEE mains.
