Best course depends on your strength of subject. For computer science and engineering your strength must be on algorithms and data structures, computer architecture, operating systems, computer networks and basic physics and some mathematics. For ECE subjects like Digital Communication, networking etc are needed as strength and Physics and Mathematics are needed for all engineering stream. But as per Job demand these two branches are considered as best as ECE students have opportunities in IT industry as well as telecommunication industry, so considering all ECE can be considered as best in term of Job opportunity. Also CSE students get Job in all these sectors.
