You can take admission in any other state private medical colleges in india all you need to fill the application form of each and every private institution seprately and on the basis of your neet score card and number of application, college will list out cut off list Or student list who have been accepted. 

All private medical colleges will open registration to apply for medical seats basis on all india rank published by neet

During the first and second round of counselling, no state allows other students to take part in the counselling process for any college whether private or government college.

In the mop up round,almost every state opens the registrations for students of other students and then then can apply.So wait till the mop up round notices comes for the state you want to apply in.

States like Goa, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and other states also provide  admission to other state students in private colleges for seats under management quota.
