It does not matter whichever state's college you take admission in, you will have to appear for document verification in any scenario. If you apply for NEET Counseling and you get a college in the first round, then you have to appear at that college for document verification, regardless of the fact that you take admission there or not. It is a compulsory procedure and everyone has to go through it.
