Hello, 

Most of the states have a cut off marks in 550-650 marks range for All India Quota. The cut off might fall down to 500 marks if we stretch the cut off range. But less than that is difficult. I assume your category is general as you haven't mentioned it. To get admission in MBBS course with a  score of 274 marks is very difficult. If you belong to Reserved category like SC/ST then you might have slight chances of admission that too in states like Tamil Nadu and other southern states. You can also try for admission through management quota in private colleges but with a higher fee.
