Hi aspirant,

I will explain about each of the department you can choose from them

1.mechanical

Mechanical engineering is the mother of all the departments it is totally a hardware study the outcomes of mechanical are machine learning , fixing instruments, developing vehicle out late etc totally about machines.

2.Robotics

Robotics is offered by some colleges in India and it is one of the best course in today's trend robotics become a part of life . In this the outcomes are building robos , electronic gadgets ,etc

3. Mechatronics

Mechatronics is also rarest subject it is the mixing subject of robotics and mechanical you will learn to build and run objects.

From the above subjects Mechatronics and robotics are more preferable than mechanical . If you have passion in mechanical you can go with it . You will have bright future . But without interest you should not choose mechanical. Because there is not much importance for mechanical nowadays .
