For Civil Service Exams i would suggest you to do BA course for graduation.It is the course that will really help you in CSE. 60-70% of the which you are going to study in BA will cover your half of the syllabus but still you have to study hard for the exam but comparatively less than a student who is not from BA background.You will study History,Geography and Polity,which will be very beneficial for CSE.
