You need to visit the official site of AFMC (http://www.afmc.nic.in/) to get all details and updates regarding this. You are supposed to register yourself at https://mcc.nic.in/ There is a separate option for AFMC counselling. You have to register there. If you are shortlisted you will be called for interview.
