Hello Aspirant, 

The problem you are facing is not new, and faced by many others too. It generally happens when there is alot traffic in the server, or if the network connection is quite irregular and weak. Sometimes it can be resolved within the period of 1-2 hours by server side. But, if it is your network problem then try to fix it first and then try again after few minutes.

Also, if you are doing this form correction in cyber cafe, try to use different Cafe if urgent.
