Hello Gufran
In the last 10-15 days, you should focus on revising as much as possible. Go through biology NCERT properly and have a look at all the diagrams in the book. For physics and chemistry, make sure you go through all the formulae. Since biology is a subject which needs repetition, make sure you don't neglect it in the last few days.
Practice mock tests and last year papers in the same tests in the same 3 hour time. Also try to do it 9-12 which is the time for the NEET so that your brain is comfortable on the big day.
Try not to do anything new in these days... It will just mess you up. Practising mock tests will also help you to know which areas need your specific attention.
Most importantly, remain calm. Have a good sleep (at least 8 hours) before the exam. It is very important for your brain to function properly. Change our sleep cycle now itself if you have the habit of sleeping late because it gets really hard to sleep if you are a night person with all the adrenaline rush going on. Don't worry, adrenaline does help you to perform better.
