There is not any such thing like BBA colleges don't accept diploma holders.
It is not true though some colleges might have their own rules and eligibility criteria but in general you can pursue BBA after completing your diploma.
Diploma is considered equivalent to class 12th and hence any graduation course can be opted after completing diploma.
