Well there is no such thoughts regarding AIIMS and JIPMER exams. These are much difficult entrance exams. Jimper is held only for 200 seats and the no. Of candidate appear for the exam are in good stregth which is around 1.5 lakhs. And same for aiims, it is held for 807 seats and no. Of candidates registered for the exam is 3.6 lakhs. Now you may assume the strength of students which instered for these exam instead of their difficulty level. Every other student cannot qualify the exam and that is why people do not ask for the score of aiims and jimper. You may get the information correctly.

AIIMS and JIPMER entrances are also as popular as NEET. These entrances provide admission to the top colleges for Medical and are sought after by various aspirants.
The difficulty factor of questions might not be the season as The level of questions asked in JIPMER is actually easier than what asked in NEET. Like the level of difficulty of Physics is a lot less if you take a look at the previous year question papers. So generally the difficulty level of JIPMER is actually less than NEET. But as JIPMER offers admission to only 2 campuses and AIIMS offers admission to a few AIIMS colleges so there is a huge difference in the number of seats offered through both exams as NEET covers all the colleges in India except these two which makes it harder to crack JIPMER and AIIMS as the level of intake is quite less.
