There is no cutoff score or percentage. Merit lists are released on the basis of ranks from the top and admissions proceed with the interested candidates(ones from the merit list) confirming their admissions. Usually, many candidates don't appear for the admission confirmation and their absence creates intake vacancy, which in turn results in the release of further merit lists.
