If you do not see the year 2025 on the MP Board migration certificate application form, the board has likely not yet changed the application to include this academic year. As you passed as a private candidate in 2025, please try these options:

• Wait a Few Days. If a form is new, sometimes in the first few weeks after results are announced, it still needs a few weeks to be updated.
• Contact MP Board. If your questions are not being answered or are too complicated, please try contacting MPBSE (call or email the helpline) or go to your regional office. They will also help you with form updates.
• Keep Check the Official Portal. Please keep looking at the MPBSE official website for updated news on when the migration form will be available.
