For equivalence certificate in telangana Migration certificate is required can we attach application of migration certificate beacause till migration certificate is not present ? or not

Hello there,
Usually government colleges gives a provisional time of 2 weeks to students to submit all the required documents. If you've any official application of migration certificate you can attest it along with a handwritten application assuring the college of submitting all your documents within 2 weeks.
But, you have to ask the college beforehand if they are willing to give you a provisional time period. Some colleges might not give any time and can cancel your admission.
