why the closing rank in nit's of jee main 2019 is high around 400 for ews where as 2977 for open cateegory i mean the closing rank should be higher for ews as it is reserved

hello,

closing rank differ year to year. and this year there is more people from ews category. in 2019 not many people was ews holder. and there is only 10% seat reservation for ews .from that fact what ever closing rank comes its makes sense.

I am general category guy and i can get EWS if needed and i am a below average guy in studies do you suggest me to write jee mains through general or Gen-EWS and i want to do cse in top nit's(and i can get 180 to 200 marks if i study hard) please answer it
