If the Submit button is not working in a mock test then there may be a technical glitch or a mistake from your side. Please make sure that you have agreed to all the terms and conditions and accepted the privacy policy. If you are doing all things right than it is definitely a technical problem at the backend that will be fixed. But you haven't told about the platform about which you are asking this.
