Sometimes server gets down due to high traffic on website or due to other technical reason. So you should wait for few mins. Then try again. Usually it occurs at last hours of application deadline.
Don't worry it will be resolved soon.

hello Namita,Yes I know, this would be the most probable reason behind congestion. But I have been trying since evening but the payment has not been made yet.Meanwhile they have extended deadline till tomorrow.Lets see what hapeens. Thanks anyways.Regards
