After completion of Water Resource engineering course you can apply for following jobs. The name of best jobs type for you are given below.

1. Hydrologist

2. Environmental Protection Specialist

3. Environmental Representative

4. Environmental Field Technician

5. Territory Sales Representative

Hello Abhinay,
It's not about scope it's all about requirements.
The requirements in Government department of Water Resources Engineering Degree holder are less that Candidates that graduated every year.
However after M.Tech., You can pursue Ph.d. or you can join engineering college as Assistant Professor.
