Hey Sagarg,
No, if you have your domicile of UP, then you will not be eligible for any scholarship in WBJEE as it clearly states that state of domicile must be West Bengal. So, in order to enjoy any benefit of scholarship, you must present domicile certificate of West Bengal, if you have.
