To be eligible to take JEE exam ,you need to score 75% if General Cat and 65% if belong to SC/ST Cat.But to be qualified in JEE entrance ,Board marks will not be counted. So try to score more marks in JEE .

@Aneesha: Board % will be only helpful as an eligibility criteria from 2017. here is the official notification link as well: http://mhrd.gov.in/sites/upload_files/mhrd/files/IIT_Exam.pdf
