Hello candidate!
We cannot perfectly predict of reopening of colleges as there might increase in covid cases or might decrease or completely vanished..
Due this high pandemic situation...The government of Maharastra has decided to not to start in june/july 2020 since some students may lose their academic year.They have tentatively said that the Academic year starts in JANUARY 2021.It will be maximum finalized because this pandemic situation takes time to vanish it all over.

Yes the colleges or academic year starts in JANUARY 2021....If this pandemic situation is totally vanished...Hoping for best.
