Hi there,
Hope you are doing well.
These type of rumours are completely false.
On average, in the first 5 cutoffs, only 50-60% seats of colleges get filled and DU Won't want to leave them vacant.
So this is not bound to happen.
And even if in the worst case the number of cutoffs is decreased, then the DU will make the cutoff percentage relevant so as to give maximum students the opportunity of admission.

Hey!

It is true that the University of Delhi has released a circular which mentioned that only five cutoffs will be released this year.

According to the previous answer, the cut off marks will be reasonable enough if only five cutoffs will be there.

In case all the seats are not filled, the university will release more cut offs later on.

All this will be clarified once the cut off lists are released for different colleges.
