Will I be considered as an NEET seater if I download my admit card only but fon not sit for the exam as a fresher?

It will be considered an attempt only if you appear for the exam. But if you have just registered for NEET, filled in the application form and downloaded the admit card but did not appear for the exam, it will be marked as absent but not as an attempt. And just to let you know that there is no limit on the no.of times you can appear for NEET.

Then if I register again in NEET2020 will I be called a fresher or what should I write in my next registration if I don't appear this time.
