Yes of course you elligible for the Jee advance it is good percentile . It is enough to appear in Jee advance .

But should try to increase the percentile in Jee main April for better college through Jee main 2019 to take admission in top nit.

Yes you will be eligible for JEE advanced as your score is very good. The expected cutoff for JEE advanced this year is is between 75 to 78 percentile, it might increase but only slightly. You need not worry about whether you will qualify for JEE advanced or not. Start preparing for JEE advanced.
