First of all in jharkhand there is no specific seat reservation for obc category so according to me you will be considered under General category because merit list cut off ranks of jharkhand never include obc category cut off marks.

The cut off marks for general category of neet 2018 are as follows:-

RAJENDRA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCE, RANCHI --558

PATLIPUTRA MEDICAL COLLEGE ,DHANBAD -532

MAHATMA GANDHI MEMORIAL MEDICAL COLLEGE,JAMSHEDPUR-539

 These are  previous year's  cut off marks so hope for the best because these may change this year and you might get a seat in government medical college.
