Well with 520 marks you have good possibility of getting a government dental college seat in government dental colleges through state quota.

Through AIQ it seems difficult but through state quota it might be possible. Some states like Bihar or Jharkhand have high cut offs where even this marks will not get you a college but other states like west bengal, up, Maharashtra have usually low state quota cut offs.
