Multiple factors are there that needs to be fulfilled in order to get a MBBS seat in Karnataka. Firstly, The sports quota is only for students having Karnataka domicile. Secondly , the candidate needs to score the minimum marks crossing the cut off set by the counseling authorities for a particular college. Thirdly, candidate's category also helps them to secure a seat.

So it will be clear once the results are out.
