According to the business rules of CSAB round for the second round If a candidate who has been allotted a seat in special Round-II and his/her seat cancelled due to ineligibility or in-appropriate documents, his/her participation fee and Seat Acceptance Fee (if paid) will not be refunded. and If candidate have cancelled the seat from his side then fees will not be returned this facility is valid in first round only.

Hello applicant,

*If no seat is allotted to you in the Special Rounds, then your Participation Fees will be refunded after deducting processing fee of Rs 1,500.

* If no seat is allotted to the candidate in the Special Round 1and you withdraws from CSAB Special round 2, then your Participation Fees will be refunded after deducting processing fee of Rs 1,500.

*Also note the following points, it might help you :-

*If you got allotted in Special Round 1 but does not report, then your Participation Fees and Seat Acceptance Fee (if paid) will be refunded after deducting Rs 5,000.
*If you got seat allotted in Special Round 1 and opts for surrender and participating in next round and does not get seat in Special Round 2 then your
Participation Fees and Seat Acceptance Fee (if paid) will be refunded after deducting Rs 5,000.

*If you a seat allotted in Special Round 1 and opts for surender and not participating in next round, then your Participation Fees and Seat Acceptance Fee (if paid) will be refunded after deducting Rs 5,000.

The oficial information brochure of csab special round counseling 2020 is released.

Now, in the brochure it is clearly written that :-

If you have been allotted a seat in csab Special Round 2 and your seat cancelled due to ineligibility or in-appropriate documents, then your participation fee and Seat Acceptance Fees (if paid) will not be refunded .
So be careful while uploading the documents.

Also note that if you don't accept seat after getting alloted a fresh seat in csab round 2, then also your participation fees will not be refunded . And your participation fees will be transferred to the Allotted Institute ( after deducting the CSAB processing Charges of Rs. 4000 ).
