If we go through the cutoffs of 2019, then 519 was the cutoff score for KPC Medical College for state quota candidates in general category. Now by that way, you have chances to get into KPC Medical College through state quota. But this year 720 has been the highest score in Neet. Due to this high scores in Neet, the cutoffs this year has been also increased. So the chances are quite less. But you can try for Management quota.
