See if you are in a college under some university, then you can transfer your college (if allowed) to any other colleges under the same university. Now if you wish to take admission in the midterm, then no its not possible. You need to get admitted from the 1st year only and you need to qualify the 1st sem and so on. So you can't get direct admission in the midterm.
