Dear Sir/Ma'm, it will be very difficult for you to get a college through the 15% All India Quota counseling. However, it will be comparatively easier for you to get a seat through the 85% state quota counseling. You have to wait for the results now and then wait till your state rank list is out so that you can apply for the state quota where you have better chances because generally state quota has lesser cutoffs than All India Quota.
