If your mark is 47 then the rank lies almost lies in the range of  35000 to 40000 based on previous year.

Your rank cannot be predicted very precisely because of change in trends every year i.e every year the number of students applying for the exam may be different and students who score marks more than or greater than yours will be different.

However the cut off for ts eamcet depends on different factors like category, gender, etc.
