Yes, definitely you can. Colleges across Karnataka which once took admission through COMEDK are actually a bunch of pretty good medical colleges and just apply over there and you could really hope for a positive reaffirmation from them. And using your category benefit you can easily get admission in private colleges through management quota.

Hi, the cut off marks for OBC in NEET Exam are 40 percentile that is, 107-133 marks. The universities reserve 27% seats for OBC students. With 251 marks it will be a little difficult for you to get a medical seat through All India Quota or State Quota, but you can definitely get Management seat in any private college by paying the donation money.
