You should join other government colleges which would be far better than any other AIIMS[except aiims delhi]]..

          It may be possible that you may get seat in AIIMS patna or Raipur in All India Quota of NEET. You can try for the counselling there and should wait for your turn to get the seat. You can also try for other AIIMS too.

See as you didnt get in state medical college, AIIMS is the only option left to you. If you want to pursue MBBS this year, then join it. Yes you migt face some problem due to language and distance but your will have friends from kerela in these aiims that will help you tackle the situation easily.

Distance doesnt matter much because you get only once in 6 months holidays,twice a year.
