Since you haven't mentioned anything about your marks or your rank, I can't give you much information. But here's what I have for you, according to NEET UG 2018 counselling, you have to score accordingly to secure a seat in government medical college. For this year the rank secured by the SC candidates is around 51117 with marks 439.

You can't be getting a government medical college at this score, but you can get a private medical college. The fees for these colleges are very high and the cut-offs are lower than those in government colleges.
